MISSION
We are a nonprofit organization 501(c)(3) located in Arapahoe, North Carolina. Our mission is to establish safe, secure and affordable living quarters for qualified senior citizens. Our mission divides into two major parts. Part One focuses of Repair and Restore, and Part Two prioritizes New Housing & Development.
What We Do
Repair & Restore
Our organization will repair and/or replace elements within and about the living quarters of qualified seniors as required to resolve safety and security concerns. This includes Electrical, Plumbing, and Structural issues.
New Housing Development
Our organization engages in New Residential Development that creates affordable living quarters for our qualified senior citizens. This includes green-field development and refurbishment and restoration of existing real estate properties.
How We Operate
We are a nonprofit organization that focuses on the well-being of senior citizens who are living in sub-standard conditions and have no means of improving their situation. We operate solely from donations, fundraisers and grants. Our knowledge of individuals in need comes to us primarily through referrals from churches, direct contact with individuals and observations.
