MISSION
We are a non profit organization (501(c)(3) located in Arapahoe North Carolina. Our mission is to establish safe, secure and affordable living quarters for qualified senior citizens. Our mission divides into two major parts. Part one consist of Repair and Restore, and part two New Housing & Development.
What We Do
Repair & Restore
Our organization will repair, replace, or establish new, safety and security issues caused by Electrical, Plumbing or Structural issues that exist in or about the living quarters of our financially challenged senior citizens.
New Housing Development
The organization engages in New Development that creates affordable living quarters for our qualified senior citizens. This includes procurement and development land and Residential Development.
How We Operate
We are a non-profit organization that has focus on the well being of senior citizens that are living in sub-standard conditions and have no means of improving their situation. We operate solely from donations, fundraisers and grants. Our knowledge of individuals in need comes to us primarily through referrals from churches, direct contact with individuals, observations.
